| About Us A Word from the President - In the mid 1970's my father and brother began working with local fisherman in the Gulf of Siam to produce high quality, wild catch crabmeat. The delicate blue swimming crab had long been a delicacy in Thailand and local fishing families were adept at catching and picking the crab to remove the delicious body and claw meat. However, distribution was limited to the distance the crabmeat could be shipped on ice. Finding a way to can this delicacy without losing its fresh caught flavor was the challenge. Our exclusive packing process met that challenge to provide US consumers with fresh tasting, shelf stable, shell-free crabmeat.
