1 can Sea Fare or Miller's Select Crab Meat
1 clove Garlic (halved )
1 ½ cups Dry white wine
1 1/2 cups Gruyere cheese (grated)
1 1/2 cups Emmental or Swiss cheese (grated)
2 tsp Kirsch (optional)
1 loaf Cubes of French bread
Rub inside of fondue pot with garlic and
discard. Add wine and bring to a simmer.
Gradually add cheeses, stirring constantly
in a zigzag pattern until all cheese is
melted, (do not boil). Mix Kirsch (or water)
and nutmeg, and add to melted cheese,
stirring until thickened. Add drained Sea Fare
or Miller's Selectcrabmeat, stirring gently,
and keep warm in fondue pot.
Use cubes of bread on forks for dipping.
