Hot Crab and Artichoke Dip
1 can MILLER’S SELECT or SEA FARE CRAB MEAT (drained)
6 oz jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix chopped artichoke hearts with mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Gently fold crab meat into the mixture. Transfer to a lightly buttered glass pie dish or other ovenproof dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve with your favorite crackers or sliced baguette.
